Foothill Reservoir Replacement Project

SEI teamed with CB&I Constructors, Inc. of San Luis Obispo to construct the City of Redding's treated water tank replacement project. The total project cost was $2.5 million and was awarded the American Public Works Association Sacramento Chapter 'Project of the Year Award, 2007'. The project won in the Structures Division 3 ($2-$10 Million). The project was cited for it's "excellence in management, administration, design and construction, as well as the alliance among the managing agency and the consultant/architect/engineer/contractor who worked together to complete the public works project".

CB&I was awarded the prime contract to replace the two existing 1.5 MG above ground concrete tanks with a single 4 MG above ground steel tank. CB&I elected to work with SEI as their lone subcontractor.
